- $899 Registration (Before 10/18/08)
- $949 Late Registration (After 10/17/08)
Admission to educational sessions, networking with industry professionals, comprehensive conference materials, exhibit hall admission, continental breakfasts, luncheons, hosted cocktail parties, Tuesday evening Awards Dinner and complimentary self-parking.
Spouse/Guest registration fees include admission to all Spouse/Guest hospitality breakfasts, reception and dinner on Monday and Tuesday nights and farewell luncheon on Wednesday. Spouses & Guests must be registered.
Business casual is appropriate for daily activities. Jackets and ties are requested for Tuesday evening's Awards Gala.
Refunds of registration/golf/tour fees, less a $79.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted to cancellations received in writing by October 17, 2008. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be granted after October 17, 2008. Substitutions for paid, registered attendees may be made at any time.
