A top priority for the Construction Users Roundtable® (CURT®) and the CURT® Workforce Development Committee is to help the industry develop and maintain an adequate, trained skilled workforce. Doing so will ensure that owners, contractors and unions have the right workers in the right place at the right time to complete projects safely, productively, timely and within budget. To do that, we need to understand the workforce in a way that helps us know how to be prepared to meet demand.
