Michael G. Conley has over 25 years of construction and engineering management experience. After starting as a maintenance engineer with Duke Power Company in South Carolina, he joined DuPont in 1980 as a construction engineer at the Savannah River Plant. Mike's career of engineering assignments in the United States and Europe includes construction, design, project controls, project management and business engineering management. He currently manages the DuPont Project Engineering Center, a unique organization whose goal is project execution excellence and the renewal of engineering skills within DuPont.
In 2002, he became DuPont representative to the Construction Users Round Table (CURT). He has served as co-chair of the CURT open shop subcommittee of the workforce development committee. Mike has also served on the board of trustees for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).
Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He lives in New London, Pennsylvania with his wife Ann and has four children.
