CURT: Lean Awareness Lunch & Learn Series

Join us for a series of 8 virtual lunchtime meetings held from Noon to 1:00 PM Eastern Time, on the third Friday of each month, March through October 2017. This series of thought-provoking topics will provide you with 8 CEUs (1 per section) and the CURT Certificate of Lean Awareness upon completion of all 8 sections. This series is only $349 for the year. Space is limited to the first 95 registrants.

• June 23, 2017 | Make-Ready Planning
  The art of identifying and removing constraints from work activities to assure the work can be executed as planned.

• July 21, 2017 | Intro to Lean/Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
  Creating a collaborative alliance of project stakeholders in a delivery system that aligns the goals of all participants to optimize project results and mazimize value.

• August 25, 2017 | Target Value Design
  A collaborative design process that harnesses the collective knowledge and experience of the team to develop a plan that provides defined value to the Owner.

• September 22, 2017 | Value Stream Mapping
  Enabling continuous improvement, VSM is a collaborative exercise by which a team analyzes the current steps involved in an activity and identifies opportunities for improvement, leading to an enhanced future state.

• October 20, 2017 | Building an Effective Collaborative Team
