The workshop will connect owners, contractors, and supplier leaders with the tools and knowledge that will support, improve and accelerate efforts related to successful decision making, implementation and delivery of offsite fabrication and modularization techniques. 

The workshop will kick off with sharing of the key results from a recent FMI/CURT/CII Survey that focuses on the Owner Organizations examining off site modularization and the current state of affairs in usage, prefabrication value proposition, and the key factors for owners that drive the decision to go prefabrication. We will then examine What's in it for Me? A visionary perspective through the research performed by the Construction Industry Institute identifying the five solution elements on offsite modularization. 

Next the workshop will turn to examining the factors of risk management, insurance, legal from Industry Specialists on these topics and share the current best practices utilizing Design Build Industry Association (DBIA) learnings. In closing we will bring 3 most recent Owner case study testimonials sharing the decision drivers to go modular, the successes, and watch outs.  Wrapping up with question and answer panel of the case study owners.
