Utilizing Procurement & Contracting at project conception establishes the basis for a successful outcome.  This Summit is for Procurement professionals, Project Managers, Owners, Contractors – anyone involved in purchasing a service or commodity. Subjects to be covered include RFP process, contract selection, KPIs, Legal and Risk Management, all from the Owner and Contractor viewpoints. We will delve into the RFP process, the pros/cons of various contracts, recommendations on simplifying the process for both Owners and Contractors, setting expectations, and managing contract disputes.
